In all honesty, I prefer iceberg mixed roughly 50-50 with Romaine. Iceberg by itself is too sweet, Romaine alone has no taste.

My knock off dole "Spinach Cherry Almond Bleu" salad because they don't make the lazy bag version anymore.

Baby spinach, sliced almonds, dried cherries, bleu cheese crumbles, carrots, and a bit of white balsamic dressing. Sometimes I use feta instead of bleu cheese.

That's not a salad, that's just a salad green. That said, I do prefer veldsla to the alternatives. I usually eat it with goat's cheese and some random stuff.

Not really a fan of vinegar dressing and the goats cheese works as a slightly more dignified version of mayo.
