A show about practical home cooking. I think he's the best channel for everyday home cooking, next to Food Wishes of course. He comes up with a lot of interesting techniques to use fewer dishes and whatnot.

>Chinese Cooking Demystified
Honestly the best Chinese cooking channel in English I've found. He does super authentic Chinese dishes, using local ingredients and saying their Chinese names correctly. He also gives western substitutes for the more exotic ingredients.

>Not Another Cooking Show
Hipster Italian food. He used to run a food truck with his brother and it shows. He has some of the best cinematography of any food channel. All of his dishes look like they're made for Instagram.

>Sous Vide Everything/Guga Foods
It's like if your latino neighbor who's really good at cooking got into sous vide. Very down to earth channel and generally likable guys.

Yeah most of his videos now are very obviously shilling for either some equipment, some ingredient (eg "BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE PORK BOARD!") or some tv show/movie. His older videos seemed organic and like he was actually making something from something he liked and not just making a pretentious dish themed around something he doesn't care about because he's getting paid to.
