take cheese, coat in flour eggs breadcrumbs, fry at 350
cut eggs in half, remove yolks, mix with mustard garlic horseradish and some salt/pepper in blender, pipe back into halved eggs
there is no right or wrong mix, just try things until you think you got the right amount

Mozzarella sticks:

Block of low-moisture mozzarella
Breadcrumbs, flour, eggs
Marinara

1. Cut mozz into sticks of appropriate size
2. Mix breadcrumbs with seasonings - garlic, oregano, whatever else seems good
3. Beat a couple of eggs in a shallow dish
4. Dip those fuckers
Flour -> egg -> breadcrumb -> egg -> breadcrumb
5. Pop em in the freezer for at least 30min but preferably right up until frying
6. Fry in oil (not olive oil) at 350F until toasty or until they start spewing cheese
7. Eat them all

You've already gotten the information you need for the mozzarella sticks, so I'll give you the ingredients (but not the amounts used) for the deviled eggs.
Boil the eggs, cut in half, scoop yolks into a bowl.
Into the yolks, add:
>mayonnaise
>rice wine vinegar
>tarragon
>finely sliced chives or green onions
>salt and pepper
Mix well, pipe that shit back into the egg halves, top with smoked paprika, and you're done.
Just a side note, tarragon has the potential to take over anything you put it in, so go easy at first, and taste test it to see if you want to add more.
