I want put my newborn on a keto diet, permanently, I want to see how superior he grows to his peers. What would be ideal age I could start the diet without any risk? I know babies are quite fragile

Immediately. Show the naysayers the light by creating a baby who could stand toe to toe with god himself.

What significant nutrients would one miss out on by mostly cutting out empty carbs? Aside from on holidays or their birthday?

If he can't chew a steak at 3 days old he'll never make it and you would have wasted your entire life on a mistake. Discard baby and try again if results aren't favorable.

100% milk diet is ultimate keto. All babies start out on keto, but are taught to become grain brains by society.

Maybe if you're drinking chocolate or strawberry milk. That said, milk is a bad choice for keto (as in KETOsis) because of high levels of carbohydrates.

Infants require mother's milk. Milk is too high in lactose to be keto. This is as stupid as infants being on vegan diets. A low-carb/ketogenic or carnivorous diet after the age of 3 would probably give you an extremely healthy, intelligent child, although you would still need to include organ meats or fruits and vegetables.

Don't take my word for it. Consult with your pediatician and dietician. Your child's health is the most important thing.

If your wife is breastfeeding, its her that needs to change her diet. The better her diet is the more healthy your baby will be.

Get her eating this right now:
>Cod Liver Oil to supply 20,000 IU vitamin A and 2000 IU vitamin D per day.
>1 quart (or 32 ounces) whole milk daily, preferably raw and from pasture-fed cows.
>4 tablespoons butter daily, preferably from pasture-fed cows.
>2 or more eggs daily, preferably from pastured chickens
>3-4 ounces fresh liver, once or twice per week.
>Fresh seafood, 2-4 times per week, particularly wild salmon, shellfish and fish eggs
>Fresh beef or lamb daily, always consumed with the fat – preferably 100% grass-fed
>Oily fish or lard daily, for vitamin D.
>2 tablespoons coconut oil daily, used in cooking or smoothies
>Lacto-fermented condiments and beverages – such as sauerkraut and beet kvass
>Bone broths used in soups, stews and sauces
>Soaked whole grains
>Fresh vegetables and fruits – preferably organic
