Korean radish soup recipe:
>chop a radish into pieces you can fit in your mouth
>finely mince 1-2 cloves of garlic
>chop up scallions (or buy pre chopped)
>put garlic and radish (optionally some kind of lean cut of beef) in water and boil it
>add s0i sauce for taste
The only hard part of this recipe is finding the time to make it and even then it doesn’t take long (takes me 40 mins to an hour)

PS you can just eat the soup but adding some instant white rice on top is amazing

Any soup with kale. Minestrone, caldo verde, lentil soup, it's all great.

It's a quick stove top soup with chicken broth, rice, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and spices. I use berber seasoning which uses a bunch of sweet, spicy, and savory seasonings and smoked paprika. I added about 5 shrimp and a couple eggs and finish off with a bit of liver oil put into the bowl. I put a little exta smoked paprika on top.

Made chicken soup yesterday. Delicious, easy, and cheap. And perfect for cold Winter nights.

OP here. Surprised this thread is still up. Anyways another food I like during the winter is premarinated (degenerate I know) pan fried spicy pork and a TON of garlic with a splash of whiskey or soju
