I bought a big ass new York strip at Costco and cut it into steaks. I will now be eating steak every night for the next 2.5 weeks roughly. Besides grilling, what should I do with it?

Steak smoothie, steak pudding, steak popsicle, steak candy
Dry it out and grind it up into steak meal and bake a cake with it instead of flour

Also +1 for sous vide, last night I did a ribeye at 110F for 3 hours, then gave it a quick pan sear and oh my god I never want to have a steak any other way.

I don't know about Costco, but Sam's will cut it into steaks for you. Used to buy whole rib eye things that way when I was on a steak and eggs diet.
