I've never had the impossible stuff, but for the stuff from Lidl I learned that you want to cook them on medium-low heat. You basically don't want any dark brown spots as they ruin the texture and taste.
It doesn't taste anything like beef either though. Just not bad either if you don't burn it.


Oat burgers with decent seasoning are pretty much the only actually good vegetarian burger out there right now. Pic related is really fucking good. Just cook them on relatively low heat with enough oil.
