Am I the only one who doesn't lose his shit when we have a ton of reservations on a Friday night? It's like, "it's Friday, of course we're going to be busy; at least we know when people are going to be showing up". Anyway, what did you do after this busy Friday night that went smooth as butter? I made a burger, picked up some vodka, beer, and whiskey, and also got some Taco Bell, for good measure.

Burger doesn't look fully cooked.

Worked 10-3 instead. I work at a Market place where it is a variety of restaurants. I bought some fresh veggies and went home. I don't mind my job, we don't have resis, but we do get lots of people. It's a bbq pit so mostly its serving toppings and fries, quality stuff, but also with the lack of seating/FOH I don't need to care about that shit. Anyway good stuff, I'm on a diet so I'm not eating garbage anymore.

I only do a 5 hour day if we have a big party or catering gig on one of my day's off. That said, I close almost every night because I hate waking up early, but sometimes I still come in at 11, but it's amazing leaving before other people and not having to worry about closing shit.

It's mid-rare, which is the most common burger temp.

Does anyone else hate anons who drive trucks and SUVs? They have this general attitude of, "I drive big vehicle. I do what I want and invincible." And yet they drive like idiots; there's an entire car length ahead of this guy and he just refused to pull forward. I mean, it's just basic drive through etiquette.

He's just maintaining a safe stopping distance.

It's the drive though, anon, not a highway. When the guy ahead of you pulls up to the speaker to order you can be pretty confident that you're not going to rear-end him unless you've been hitting the car flask so hard that you aren't confident in your ability to hit the break peddle going 5mph.

These are the alcohols I picked up. I was going in a little blind on the Glenlivet, but it was half off a pretty decent price already so I figured why not?

I fuckin' hate those faggots. They always take the right of way even if it isn't theirs, and they always turn on their high beams and tailgate others who are already driving over the speed limit (and at that point I drive slowly just to piss them off, feels good).

I wouldn't trust supermarket ground meat to make a burger with unless the burger were well done. If I bought a roast and ground it myself, then yeah, I guess. I don't want to get ecoli though.

Ah yes, the classic penis mobile. Lifted truck, just look at me! My friend likes to pretend he has a big penis too, but we both know it's totally average.
If you live in a city it is entirely foolish to use a truck. Literally just doing it because you think it makes you look cool and end up being obnoxious.

That's what I thought. Medium rare is only good if you eat it right away. Letting it sit in a box means you're eating like warm meat paste at this point. Figure it the fuck out anon.

It sits under a heat lamp until I walk out the door. Yeah, it would be better eaten immediately, but not much else that's quick and easy travels well at my place, which is why I seemingly make a burger every night.

313 pounds. A lot of it is muscle, though. And I'm a rather tall fellow.
