What are some low calorie pre-prepared or fast foods? I'm going on an alcohol cleanse and diet in February but I'm not much of a cook. I'm also bad at counting calories when they're not clearly spelled out for me on packaging, so I don't want to mess up by trying to cook for myself and overeating.

I mean stuff like "5 oz. chicken breast = 500 calories, 2 tsp. mayo = 400 calories," etc. I can cook with a recipe or whatever, but calculating all of these out leaves me way too much room to overeat.

If I know a package of chile verde chicken has approx. 2 servings at 210 calories each, I can eat that and be certain I didn't accidentally eat 900 calories in a meal.
