Depends on how long and how much you use it, what kind of oil, what are you cooking in it etc etc
Most restaurants can go up to a week without replacing their oil and they definitely use it a fuck ton more than you can

Why hasn't somebody answered your question yet? Yes, you can reuse it several times. When it starts to affect the taste then replace.

>> No.13475486

>>13475419
yeah a few times, just filter it through a cheesecloth

>> No.13475617

You can reuse it a few times but make sure to smell it. If it's rancid, go toss it out. The smoke point degrades with every use as well.

>> No.13475626

>>13475419
You need to filter it every few uses. Once the oil is just plain brown and smokes easily, replace it entirely.

Not only does the cooking oils undergo a multitude of chemical reactions when heated (resulting in harmful byproducts), but the leftover particles from your food become ever-more burnt the more you heat them, and burnt food items are almost always carcinogenic.

tl;dr don't do it if you can avoid it anon, it's not good for you
