I bought a boxed, frozen uncured pepperoni pizza yesterday about 11am. When I got home and put the groceries, I forgot to put the pizza in the freezer. I didnt notice until about 6pm. I put it back in the freezer. Is it still going to be edible? It's still in the sealed plastic wrap that they come in inside the box

Nevermind. I read that as you bought it at 11 at night and left it out till 6 the next day. Leaving a frozen pizza out for 7 hours isn't going to do anything.

Don't do this, they will be fine. Ronis are cured meats you can leave them out in a cool dry spot even cut. They'll just dry out that way and get dusty tho.
