/fit/ here, I want to know If the talented and experienced anons on /ck/ can improve on my diet.

Requirements:
Must be cheap as fuck I'm an ascetic and work as little as possible. Can't cost any more than 150% of my current diet
Must be at least not disgusting
Must take little time to prepare (see current diet)
Preferably vegetarian
Must contain at least 130g protein and 3000 calories
Foods have to be available in bongistan

Here is what my current daily diet looks like:
1.5 litres of semi skimmed milk - 50g protein, 800 calories 75p
200g of sunflower seeds or peanuts - 45g protein, 1200 calories, 55p
400g of fresh white bread with butter or soup- 40g protein, 1000 calories, 70p (or sometimes a supermarket three cheese pizza with similar stats)
Totalling 135g protein, 3000 calories, £2 per day

Can any of you think of any way to improve on this?

Add sardines or tuna, kale, spinach Lentils, cheese, eggs or just the whites and occasional chicken. All cheap. You need more variety.

>significantly decrease carbs
>no gluten, sugar, soy, dairy (raw milk/cheese is okay)
>replace sunflower with pumpkin seeds

>dark leafy greens (chard, collards, kale)
>animal protein is a must
>weekly 24 wet or dry hour fasts
>quarterly 3-5 day water fasts

Over here it's about 60p for tuna worth 30g of protein plus they aren't vegetarian, I've tried lentils too and they aren't good enough protein and are difficult to force myself to eat. Is there any good cheese that is around this price? I'll look for some good cheddar or something tomorrow, thanks. Eggs are good but more expensive

cut butter, it's absolutely not satiating for the amount of calories it has. you want to be a fatty, eat more butter.
also, try rice/pasta if you're ok with cooking

A miserable, boring diet is never sustainable, you need to be able to actually enjoy what you're eating, no matter how much of a self-described "ascetic" you are.
