I don't see how it would help but I also wouldn't get upset if I saw someone using a fork and knife to eat a pizza and I'm not sure why it bothers people like you so much. I can think of far more obnoxious eating approaches, like the people who try to get rid of grease from pizza before eating it. I grew up in New Jersey and was raised on simple folksy New Jersey truisms like how pizza should be as greasy as possible. And you should just eat something else if you got a problem with grease.
