When I worked there years ago the ranch was made just from dumping Kraft mayo, buttermilk from a carton, and Hidden Valley spice packets into a tub and mixing it. Could be done at home if you had those three things.

Well most chain places don't make ranch they give you some mass produced stuff, that's why Jet's has notoriously good ranch even though it's very simple is all I'm saying. Also there are some other ways, I guess, I know some people use sour cream instead.

you know what PISSES ME THE FUCK OFF BROS?? I used to get wings all the time and this place had the nastiest packets of ranch. I would go next door to another place and get a cup of ranch for 50 cents every time. Like how do you sell only wings and not mix ranch? it's crazy how lazy some restaurants are
