While doing medical work in PI I ate some from one of the shanty town markets. A child was playing in the raw meat juice of another stand, wild dogs every where, and the smell of rot. It was pretty good desu. I was happy to get to the countryside and do work. Pic related.

This. It's just before getting feathers, I hate that shit in my teeth, with vinegar and salt. You break the end and sprinkle a little salt then drink the broth. Then you end the rest with a little vinegar. It's heaven. I was a little offended but I did tell anyone who asked where I was from that I was South African and never relax. My mother was almost lead into a van by some of the 'friendly' hotel staff when she went there. It is no joke. It is beautiful. I miss waking up at dawn and running a few miles on the beach. Pic related is one of the many wild dogs that roamed the beach. Much healthier than the city dogs.
