In America you can get a large peperoni pizza for $5.00. We call this a "Hot Carl" here in CaliWali (California for you outsiders). The best thing too is that you dont even have to wait you just walk in and its always hot and ready to go when you pay.

What food deals/ traditions do you have in your country/ local area?

My lilcs has gotten shittier. They're really skimping on the sauce, and the crust actually resembles cardboard now.

Nigga are you talking about little ceasers? You can get that in any state. Also lived in California for 20 years, nobody says caliwali.

South Jersey here.
We have a convenience store chain called Wawa.
They sell pretty much everything that a 7-11 would sell, but they also have pretty damn good hoagies that are made to order.
You can put anything that you want on them, really.
My go to is oven roasted turkey on a 10-inch roll, with a little bit of oil, a little bit of vinegar, oregano, jalapenos or banana peppers, some chipotle sauce if I'm feeling frisky, and if Mommy gave me extra points, some applewood smoked bacon for a buck fifty extra.
Best part is, you don't even have to talk to people, just order your sub (or a soup even, they have coffee drinks along with other kinds of drinks, plus sides like mac and cheese,) pay for it and then get it when its done.
Usually takes like 2 or 3 minutes to make it and costs like 5 bucks.

I live in Poland, country famous for hatred of Muslims, yet our favourite street food is kebab. A large kebab (in a tortilla or in a pita) can cost between 12 and 14 zł (about $3-3.50), and it's a large, nutrious meal, rich in fats, proteins and vitamins, as it always contains vegetables. Honestly, when you're a poor student it's probably the best deal you can get. Perfect to eat at night on the way home from a party to prevent hangover on the next day.
The only downside is, you can't get lamb meat in Poland. I don't know why. You're lucky if you get 100% beef, it's usually a beef/pork mix.

Whenever I go to buy a Hot n Ready, either there are none ready and I have to wait for 8 minutes, or it's completely lukewarm like it's been sitting out for 2 hours

Little Caesars is a Detroit invention, you coasties get it because of our friendliness

Little Caesars is owned by the leader of the Detroit Pistons, Red Wings, and Tigers. Mike Village.

In fact, we used to have our own theme restaurants called Caesarland, it like Chuck E Cheese, but with Caesar
