Negroni, hands down. Equal parts stirred cocktails are beyond easy to make. I really like bitter cocktails too so it's perfect. Great before and after meals.

Ice, vodka, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a few shakes of Tabasco, Clamato juice, bam you're done. You can rim the glass with celery salt and garnish with celery, or a pickle, or a mean bean, or olives, but it's not really necessary. They are delicious as fuck.
