It's because baked goods only stay "fresh" for a certain amount of time, after that they dry out. So stores have to keep a rotating stock and put "old" product on clearance.

Kinda like buying old bread from a bakery. It's still fine (otherwise they wouldn't sell it), just a bit hard. You can still use it for bread pudding, croutons, etc.

You put it all in a butcher net like pic related and boil it in a big pot with spices and whatnot like you would corned beef. The butcher has a "you buy it, we fry it" policy so you can use your EBT card for it, so I didn't have to prepare it, just cut it and eat it. You typically wanna keep all the meat ends, offal, and tripe whole so you can boil it in the net and then slice and eat it or cut it into a hash at your leisure after it's done cooking, but some people prefer hashing it beforehand, making it into a loaf, and baking it.

This recipe only takes ~15 minutes to make and most of that is cooking the pasta, and depending on where you live probably costs under 10 bux to make. This makes over 3lbs of food and unless you're a giant fat ass can feed you for dinner every day for a week. It also still tastes about as good when microwaved.

>cook 1lb farfalle (bowtie) pasta, drain, don't rinse
>in a separate pot add 1 8oz package of cream cheese
>1 10oz can of cream of chicken
>1 10oz can of cream of mushroom
>add salt, pepper, and italian spices (I just buy shitty premade seasoning packets that say 'italian' on them) and maybe a splash of milk if you want it to be thinner and creamier
>mix together
>simmer while adding 1 12oz can of chicken
>I prefer canned chicken since it's really soft from sitting in its own juices for 9 years, and it's also cheap as shit and is already cooked, just needs to be drained so it's really convenient
>mix some more so the chicken is evenly distributed
>sauce should only be bubbling slightly and not often, it just needs to be warmed up, not cooked
>I only have one pot big enough so I cook the pasta and make the sauce one at a time but the sauce only takes a couple minutes to make and warm up so the pasta is still hot by the time you finish
>combine pasta and sauce, mix thoroughly (though personally I prefer to keep them separate and either dip or ladle sauce as necessary)

I recently bought a super fine italian cheese grater for $4 on clearance (the kind of thing you can feel the quality of when you pick it up) and I've been using that instead of a pumice stone while soaking in the bath. You can take years of dead skin off your feet in a week or two and make them amazingly soft and much more sensitive. Be careful not to do too much or you'll take live skin eight off too. You'll notice how much more you can feel in certain areas that has calious, it's really amazing and great for your hygiene.

yea and stop eating fatty, start fasting. military uses it to its full advantage which is why soldiers can get so fit and in shape. When you start to feel like you are losing strength after the 3-4th day from the lack of sodium and potassium just eat two cans of soup since they have a good amount of salt and potassium as well as protein. You say that as if it makes it bad
I'd probably eat a lot too if it made me happy the way it makes her happy.
Whenever I eat I just think about how much money it cost me and what a futile effort it is anyway since I'll just be hungry again in a few hours

When I was a kid a teacher of mine recommended thinking of a gram of sugar as a single jellybean.
Its hard not to feel disgusted when thinking about how nearly 300 jellybeans worth of sugar is in that cup

A 2 liter of coke is like 1000 calories. A normal slice of pizza is like 200 calories. With toppings, that's probably more like 250 or 300. It's hard to tell how the pizza is sliced, so we'll assume 8 total slices. For the size of this pizza we can probably estimate at least 800 or even 1000 calories per slice. 2 tablespoons of ranch, the serving size, is around 150 calories, or 75 calories per tablespoon. Considering she's opening a brand new bottle, it's safe to say she's gonna heap the shit on, so we'll say that's around another 400 calories per slice. Let's assume she's planning on eating half the pizza, drinking the whole bottle of soda, and using around 5 tablespoons of ranch per slice.

We have

>1000 from soda
>1000 per slice x 4 for 4000 calories
>75 from ranch x 5 tablespoons per slice slices for approximately 1500
>for a whopping total of 6500 calories

That's assuming she only eats half the pizza, there aren't any breadsticks, wings, or any other sides she doesn't hit up the fridge for a second 2 liter, doesn't take a break to have an entire tub of icecream as a snack, and doesn't decide to chug the rest of the ranch before pulling another bottle from out of one of her folds, mind you. Over 6000 calories for a single meal. This picture was taken over 8 years ago, and it's my professional opinion that, judging from her current physique, apparent middle age, and dietary habits that she's dead by now. If she isn't, both of her feet are gone to diabetes.

The way it makes her happy is the way crack makes a homeless person happy. Yes, it's bad. It's not a coincidence she's 800 lbs and smiles at food. She's probably morbidly depressed and she certainly can't move around without help and is probably constantly out of breath even while sitting and never really comfortable, if not outright in pain.
