Good melon bread. I thought it was a total meme when I'd only eaten pale prepackaged melon bread from a Japanese supermarket in the US, but I had fresh fluffy melon bread with a thick crisp cookie coat in Japan that was so fucking good. It's wonderful when filled with soft cream too.

The only one I've eaten at in Boston was Amateras Ramen and I only eaten there once, but it was pretty damn good. I got the Yokohama-style tonkotsu, which seemed like a good call. They also had a bunch of increasingly spicy options IIRC
