I'd break 20s in half and take them as I needed them. Much easier to manage your day that way than doing a couple XRs. Also easier to eat if you go in shorter bursts (if you aren't drinking you sometimes need to just choke it down so you're not going on an empty stomach).

I did 20s for a decade and think you can be perfectly healthy with that lifestyle. First time I met a guy who took 30s I thought that was insane, and he had to smoke a ton of pot to get through the crash every night, which I'm not at all into. Doing 40s (didn't even know they made 40s) and bumping with IRs just sounds insane. Sorry nobody wants to fuck you.
