I'll start. Pizza Hut. They closed like 5 years ago and another one hasn't reopened. No Papa John's either but we do have Dominos and Little Ceasars.

Weirdly enough all the Pizza Huts within 30 miles of me all closed at once. It really sucked cause the one in my town was unironically as good as it was in the 90s.

I don't know what it was but their pizza was 2-3x better than any other pizza hut I've been to in my life. They were always packed and delivery times would get to 45mins on weekends.
