It’s not worth it, man. Not that anon, but I also grew up with an abusive alcoholic father, eventually gave up drinking due to health reasons but still remained an asshole. One day he tried to start some shit and thought that he could still get away with beating me, but I was in my early 20s at the time and he was in his late 50s. I ended up pushing him to the ground like a rag doll, holding him down with one hand while the other was raised, ready to beat the shit out of him.
