No, just in one sitting, my brekky is for example 12 eggs and 500g potatoes and maybe some broccoli (+ coffee or tea ofcourse). I am definately advocating for eating eggs since they are (after hydrolyzed whey protein and isolate) the most bioavailable protein and is more readily absorbed than even chicken or beef. And they are bloody cheap, so you can for example eat like 12 eggs for brekky and then 12 eggs for lunch, ez.

Love eggs, but have tried cutting eggwhites from my diet, and I feel far better after breakfast now. Apparently some (including me) get slight inflammation from a protein found within the whites. Still eat a lot of yolks, lots of cholesterol, vitamins and minerals.

15-20 minutes, give or take. I take my time and try to enjoy it because damn that brekky is delicious; baked potatoes and veggies + baked eggs on top of it --> bloody hell I am in heaven.
I just cannot recommend eggs enough, all the cholesterol just makes me feel like a superhuman (cholesterol is a VITAL precursor to TESTOSTERONE after all)
