Anyone have good intermediate hot sauce recommendations? I like throwing this stuff in my eggs, soups, and veggies when I can. It’s pretty basic but I’d like to expand into some spicier territory.

You might not be able to find this, unless you're near the New Orleans area, but look for Crystal hot sauce.

Tabasco brand makes some milder hot sauces, like their Jalapeno-flavored hot sauce, or their Garlic-flavored hot sauce. Those might be easier to find.

I’ve heard a lot off good things about Crystal. Do they ship online?

I'm a big fan of lucky dog, particularly the black label.
I go for Culley's or torchbearer when I want extreme heat without all the extracts and garbage tasting ingredients.

I don't know. I never needed to find out. Crystal is a New Orleans company and I live in the New Orleans area. I just buy it at my local grocery stores.

Don't buy Melinda's, they are a shameless ripoff of Marie Sharp's. Always buy Marie's instead.

Why do you insist on calling it that? Is your digestive system so weak it shits itself whenever a little spice gets in?

Jesus. Just buy Valentina and be done with it.

Are there hotter? Better? More memey? Yes, yes, and probably.

Is there a better all-around sauce that is cheap and doesn't require you to deal with douche nozzle cuntasaur hot sauce experts?

Nope.

Well kido...

Try these three for a week on different foods and you will level up on hot sauces: Tabasco regular, Sriracha by Huy Fong, Melinda's (one of the first 2 on picture).

OP, if you really like to spice up that many foods, just consider making a salsa or two, alternating each week condiments like that, learning and making a new one.
I had a boss who made his own harrissa kind of thing, unspiced style, having grown up in some italian enclave in n. africa as a child, just a gloriously hot condiment of chopped red fresh chilies and olive oil. He grew the chilies himself. It was delicious on fresh french bread in the morning, along with some cappuccino. The fire coursed through your veins like heroin or something, really woke you up. Magically good.
There's a green chili paste enjoyed on foods in Israel (orig. Yemenis), a green schug (or red), and some of the heat comes from hot garlic with the delicious lemon and herbs. Smear that on the inside of a sandwich, it's really good!
Make a batch of pico de gallo to last 2-3 days, spoon over some mollete for breakfast. Open up a can of herdez ranchera salsa for some roasted tomato flavor and tons of heat on those morning eggs.
I make a Southern Living version of pickled jalapenos, that literally drains the jar of pickled sliced jalapenos, adds a sliced red jalapeno, 1/4 c of sugar, and zest of a lime with the juice, and it candies the jalapenos. I serve them on top of deviled eggs.
Stop relying on vinegary pasteurized sauces alone, get into some more flavorful, herbal, citrusy, more flavorful alternatives. Scotch bonnet peppers can be blended with scant amount of vinegar to make a Caribbean hot sauce or escabeche, that has a shelf life, but that fruity goodness is a tier above Cholula, esp in the morning or on fish or smoked pork. There's a fast pickled red onion mexican style, or the tacqueria pickled jalapenos and carrots with onions. More satisfying to have some crunchy veggies with the burn.
