I don't exercise much but I hardly eat at all. Half a granola bar and water for breakfast, half a sandwich and water for lunch and one small plate of whatever my family is cookin at dinner, with water, no dessert. I feel I am on some level slightly similar. I rarely do feel satisfied from eating food and I tend to eat large when I do. That's generally why I rarely eat at all. It's just the best way to go about it in my experience. The secret is that while it might be annoying to not eat, eating small won't make you feel better at all. It will only make you want to crave more and slow your progress. Also if you try to actually fast, then hunger actually decreases few days in as you realize that you don't actually need to always eat. It's mostly about your mentality in my opinion.

FUCK that. Fatfucks need 4k-5k calories or even more just for maintenance. When you're that fucking fat as fatass you can lose a pound a day or more if you just stop fucking eating. Do a 3-5 day fast with just water, ideally saltwater, followed by a few days of OMAD, then back to fasting and repeat the cycle. And by doing this they don't get to be lying niggers by ignoring or "forgetting" about certain foods in their calorie counts, since everything is forbidden. Normally on OMAD one of the benefits is you don't have to count calories at all, but I wouldn't be surprised if those disgusting hamplanets with a lifetime of heavy training can eat 3k+ calories in a single meal, so limit that one meal to maybe 1k-1500 and you can't go wrong.

I do not recommend fatfucks try to exercise to lose weight, especially if they feel like they are being forced to do so. It gives them an excuse to generously overestimate how many calories they burn and thus don't have to lose through not eating, it makes them think they can eat as a reward, it can fuck up their bodies even more if they go full retard, it makes them hate the idea of losing weight even more by thinking it is harder than it really is.

Couldn't be more wrong. If you lose weight without doing resistance training, a lot of that weight is going to be muscle, not fat. Fasting makes this worse, as you're going long periods of time without getting any protein, so your blood amino acid levels are going to be low for long periods of time.
