After a big dinner their should be a place where you can take your dirty steel or copper plates, pans and pots to turn into scrap metal, form into new pots and pans and then reuse it for the next big dinner like Thanksgiving instead of scrubbing it and putting it in a dishwasher.

Imagine thinking this is easier than cleaning your pots and pans in the sink. I usually tend to clean up dishes and saucepans and utensils as I'm cooking too, so there is minimal cleanup to do after eating.
