also oyster sauce, hard to find a brand that doesnt add sugar though.

imo every kitchen needs:
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Soy sauce (as dark as possible, more soy the better)
sambal oolek.
the other asian sauces have weird names and i dont have the balls to try them
