lol yes, it was a whole lamb for two people but my brother doesn't eat that much lamb even though he is fat (i am not).
In the op picture there is only a half, in the other there is the entire lamb chopped up, i ate almost an entire half for lunch and the rest of that half for dinner. Ended up freezing the quarter that was leftover for later consumption, which is still a lot.
In total i ate 3/4 of that fucker, i had to, it was fucking delicious, great flavor, it was a gift from my folks who live in the countryside

thanks desu, it only took 2 hours in a low oven, it could have been less time because it's a very young animal so it's already very tender but i never made lamb in any other whay than low and slow so i just went with what i know it works and it ended up really good

i didn't wanted any sides, just wnated to taste the lamb so i ate it alone with pickles and some bread, it was still a lot of food but in cheat days i can manage the extra calories, every otther day i do OMAD so i'm used to eat a lot in one meal
