What do you eat and drink when you're sick, /ck/? I've caught some stomach bug and my body is currently turning itself inside out.

Depends on the kind of sick. If it's a stuffy cold/fever then I go for soup. If it's stomache flu I just nibble crackers and drink water or ginger ale.

if I'm vomiting i drink half flat diet sprite. if i just have a cold I'll just make a quick vegetable soup with frozen chicken stock. I keep both of these on hand and don't use them except for this. I work with 150 children a day, so i get sick every 4-5 months.
