You have to stir it at first but it's worth it.

peanut butters one of those things I haven't bothered experimenting with much, too many landmines, so most of this comes from having it at other peoples houses
smooth kraft works great for baking or for general toast use, its what pretty much everyone in my family uses, so I might be a bit biased on it
the crunchy was ok, extra smooth wasnt great, the flavoured ones are gross.

all the natural peanut butters i've seen just turn into a puddle of oil and goo losing their consistencies, the stabilizing of peanut butter is a big improvement that I see no reason to shun.
i've had some other big brand ones I don't recall well which were sweetened and they just did not seem right, I think it was probably skippy
noname itself wasnt terrible but all the other generics have been trash

This or any other brand that's just pure peanuts.

>>13238088
This stuff might have a consistency you don't have to stir but is full of sugar and other fillers and barely tastes like peanuts.

Whichever whose ingredients are peanuts only.

Any pb that's made 100% of peantuts, with no additives, especially sugar.

Cook's Country did a taste test and said Skippy was the best if you don't mind the hydrogenated fat and added sugar, they said it had the best peanut flavor. I never really noticed a difference with the brands that are just peanuts and salt though, they all pretty much tasted the same.

I like to keep both kinds around since I consider them basically different products. I don't think I've seen Skippy up here but of the brands I've tried Kraft seems to be the worst, even worse than generic store brands. Jiff is pretty decent, but Planters had the best peanut flavor.

This because it costs $1.18 and tastes just as good as the others

This, and to avoid separation and stirring just store the jar upside-down in the fridge.

It doesn't taste the same but at that price it doesn't matter as much. So long as it's not "low fat" it will at least be passable.

Ingredients: peanuts, salt (optional)
anything else is garbage
