how do I make cucumber water? It looks tasty as fuck, but I'm worried about pesticides.

Wash a raw cucumber and throw it right in with the rind on. The rinse should have gotten rid of the outer pesticides but the pesticides that have permeated the inside of it will not contaminate the water.

Rinse the cucumber before cutting into thin slices, then salt the cucumber lightly and leave it for a bit before rinsing AND squeezing it afterwards. Leave in a jug of water for an hour to half a day. Add ice if desired.
Eat the cucumbers as you drink. The contrast is key to the enjoyment.
