I keep some in the fridge pretty much at all times because of its utility and shelf life. Works for jazzing up soups, pots of beans, you name it, and lasts long enough compared to fresh sausages or bones and is reasonably cheap for how long I can stretch it

It will all depend on the thickness of the bacon and how even your oven cooks
I always start with 15 minutes, flip the pan if needed, then usually add another 5-7 minutes depending on doneness

thick cut applewood-smoked on foil on a baking sheet at 385*. set timer for 18 minutes to check on it and it usually needs 3-5 minutes more. when i'm feeling rambunctious i flip at the halfway mark. my over is an electric oven that is probably 8-18 years old; i consider it to work well. don't use peppered bacon. i crack fresh pepper on it once laid on the foil and sheet.
