the screams of the cows as they are tortured and killed permeate the meat, like poltergeists, causing cancer instantly. the only meat you can eat is lab grown muscle cells from a willing human donor. read Rudy Rucker, he introduced Wendy Meat in his books, with the ad slogan "Eat Me!"

You need a balanced diet, and a hamburger can certainly be a part of that. Beef is a great source of protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Most of the fats found in beef do not contribute to raising LDL or bad cholesterol, but most consumers buy lean, low-fat beef anyways.

What third world country are you buying your meat from? Modern beef farming in industrialized nations is done with a focus on animal welfare to increase yields by reducing the incidence of avoidable disease and injury, as well as improving the quality of meat. If you're curious, many working farms offer tours which can give your the kind of firsthand experience that you don't get from watching horror documentaries on Youtube.

Curated experience. Those youtube docs are the real scenario.

a burger is not a patty. it is a patty with sauce, cheese and often an enriched bread as the bun.

even then the burger itself is usually a decent balanced meal but you add fries to it and it skews towards high fat high carb high calorie, which whatever you think of it is certainly not recommended by most nutritionists.

They have these really cool instakill guns, shoots a metal rod into the brain at super high speed and they don't get tortured. Every butcher knows treating animals badly cn ruin the taste of the meat. Sadly there will always be animal abuse cases, and it's rightfully illegal to abuse even your own livestock.

Ever since the madcow outbreaks these are discouraged. There's non-penetrative versions to prevent contamination.

Good thing nutritionists are bunk.
Although, to be fair, dieticians aren't singing burgers' praises, either.

Pitiably, butchers aren't the ones in the slaughterhouses, slaughtering cattle.

There is nothing special about the protein from beef other than its carcinogeity, its fat is atherogenic
