Guilt is for the weaks, if I want to eat like a lardass tripple neck amerifug, I do it openly AND in front of people. For me it's egg salad sandwich but instead of mayo, dijon mustard and I add a shit ton of capers and sliced sweet pickles.

Last night I had very little food in the house and it was -20 outside so fuck that. I made some noodles with butter and made some very concentrated beef broth with the bouillon cubes. Mixed it in and kept the heat on low and stirred until the noodles absorbed all the broth/water evaporated. It actually tasted ok. It tasted very familiar to some other boxed food or something but I couldn't put my finger on it.
Probably will make it again on some lazy day

Lol probably I never ate those much other than as a child. But there was no more broth. Like I made it with the least amount of water I could and cooked off the moisture so it was just flavoured noodles.

1 box of dehydrated hash browns
2-3 hot dogs or sausages
1 can of spicy chili
2-3 stalks of green onion, chopped

Slice the hotdogs into rounds and fry them up while the hash browns rehydrate, set aside in a bowl. Fry up the hash browns and as they finish, heat up your can of chili. Add everything to a bowl and stir well, top with cheese if you're feeling it. I don't think I've ever had it sober, but I almost always have the ingredients lying around. Trashy? You betcha. But it's also delicious, filling, and a good buffer against a hangover when combined with a tall glass of water and some fruit.

sometimes even when i have plenty to eat i take two slices of wonder bread, put a light layer of mayo on them and squeeze out a thin line of ketchup on each. i fold them so its two rectangle sandwiches and eat them laying belly down in my bed and wash it down with a huge swig from my water bottle filled with ice and spring water.
