Honestly this sounds pretty tasty. I don't think the spaghetti and sweet potato mix well, but sweet potatoes are a good side.

How long did it take you to make this out of curiosity? It looks kinda tasty, but also something that would take upwards of an hour, which is too much time for me on a week night

I forgot to mention what I had tonight. I didn't take a picture, but it was taco Tuesday so I did cauliflower chickpea tacos. I think next week I might do something with either shawarma or steak for the tacos

so I threw them near the roast stuff to absorb extra juices, same for the bread
