That's called personal pan. It's a pie for small children, or adults who want a quick snack.

My question is how would they have an oven big enough to cook that thing?

>I have never seen a pizza oven
Most are quite large to accommodate multiple pizzas. While I doubt that the Chez Coors Light in OP's picture has one, there are brick pizza oven that are a hundred square feet or more.

I worked at a pizza hut while in uni and we had multiple ovens but they couldn't have held that thing.

This isn't a TYPICAL pizza in America, but it is common. This is a standard extra large, normally a pepperoni XL goes for about $24, specialty XLs can get up to $35(seen someone pay 50 with a bunch of custome toppings), very economical for children's parties in which people don't eat as much. One XL can feed up to 6 children.
