I bought a dehydrator the other day to make jerky with. I was curious if chicken could be made into jerky or if it would be shit. I've had turkey jerky before, but its cut thicker than beef. would I need to do thick slices with chicken?

anyone ever made chicken jerky? if so, anyone have a good marinade for it?
