He was doing a joint-show with that woman at Mt. Vernon and it was probably her idea but out of all the recipes you could have picked he went with a very obviously political jab at Trump. Ok it was her idea, but at least admit you realize she was trying to make it political and apologize.

A little bit but minus the fallacy. In theory a conservative should be a person who supports conservative values. No true Scotsman only works to a degree. Someone who claims to be a baseball fan but has never watched or enjoyed baseball is just a liar. Pointing out they're lying isn't the no true Scotsman fallacy, it's just illustrating the lie.

Claiming to be morally and religiously conservative and then supporting someone who brags about sexual assault simply shows that you are not what you claim. Calling that out isn't the same as no true Scotsman.

>If your company provides a service to someone, whatever that person represents reflects on your company

Implying that gay people reflect poorly on others just by existing and being involved with the public sphere is regressive homophobia.

Go back to the 18th century.

It wouldn't be infringing upon religious beliefs. The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that laws that incidentally infringe upon religious beliefs but that further a compelling government interest are constitutional.

You clearly have no actual knowledge of the history of these sorts of cases.

He just wants a license to be hostile towards gay customers and the courts blew him the fuck out of the water for the most part.

You can cry all you like online, in reality he no longer sells custom wedding cakes at all, and he said that was a majority of his business before.

A law that happens to ban polygamy is not designed to infringe upon religion, it is designed to infringe upon the act of marrying more than one person, regardless of secular or religious context.

If I don't want to take part in Black people, that doesn't give me a right to refuse them service either.

Stop being a bigot and deal with the modern reality that people different from you exist.

>But the supreme court ruled otherwise saying the state commission didnt employ religious neutrality

which is not the same thing as saying he had a license to discriminate

>If he just said he hates queers for no reason itd be a different story
