It's breakfast time in America and I'm about to open my barrel of vegetable oil, a package of Kraft American cheese, and a carton of Egg Beaters.
I'm wondering how Europeans eat in the morning.
Show 'em ladies..

I just had a small full-english. Bacon, sausage, 2 eggs, a tin of beans and some mushrooms. And 3 cups of tea. Got a long day of work ahead of me.

I say small, it was actually pretty big, but compared to the massive monster plates of 10,000 calorie full-englishes that get posted here, it was tiny.

The wife made it for me lad. No true englishman would ever buy in a fucking fry-up, that's just vile.

I put the wife to the sword this morn, and by the time I came downstairs she was rattling the pots and pans. Must have put on a good show.

They're a little sweet for me but probably not at all for ameriburgers. Mostly tangy and fermented-tasting.

White stuff is mayo. I buy polish mayo because it tasty stronger and more eggy, like japanese mayo

it's not a bad product really, the eggs in them are usually lower end that otherwise wouldn't sell
what i'm amazed about though is that I havent found any that are cheaper than just buying normal or even premium eggs, even when you factor in that you can fit more egg into a milk carton than an egg carton

also worth noting, none of them seem to list calcium, so you know they're not blending the shells in with it
probably selling the egg shells for a good premium as pharma

Egg Beaters are actually quite righteous, so I'm glad you picked up on that. It's like Velveeta: people think it's sick but propertly used, it's kitchen gold. I enjoy having Euros bag on shit they don't understand, like monkeys in a zoo.

Pics would be nice. Cheese and apples are an old overlooked American staple as well. We eat sharp cheddar on Apple Pie.

Morning drinking is a thing, have at it.

>> No.13161688

It really depends on the morning and what I have. If I have some boiled eggs I eat those or slice em and put on a sandwich. If I have berries I eat them with oatmeal or yogurt and granola. If I have only oatmeal I just have that with a teaspoon of something, usually butter or sugar, to top it. On the rare occasion that I make porridge I tend to reheat them in the morning for breakfast. And always I grab a fruit as well because I just fucking love fruit. If I have any leftover meat from whatever I put it on a sandwich. I usually don't do eggs in the morning because I can't stand eggs that aren't boiled anymore. No pics because don't have any and not about to make breakfast in the middle of the night for an internet pic.

Breakfast in Portugal is really nothing special.
Mostly just some coffee with milk, expresso or some juice with bread and butter or bread with ham and cheese.
If you re feeling special, eat a pastel de nata or choose between the hundreds of pastry you can get at a local bakery.
While it's nothing special it always tastes good.

Exactly. That's why I only eat 2 times a day.

My usual meal's – each homemade, protein-powders based – a muffin made with an egg and stevia; cheese, the fat recently being refined coconut oil, plus a little sweetened; and a dipper or other complement – right now, red and black pepper + creamy and soft. I'm mixing a little deli white American cheese with these ..

Nutrient availability.

Casein had way better results for lean gains and fat losses than whey (because of the digestion rates, and insulinogenics).
