This is wrong. Should be divided by 453.

>remove 95g leaves 28g fat out of 453-95=358g
>28/385=8% lean
This is assuming the 95g you removed is all fat and you didn't add any to cook it. Also water evaporated so you have less meat so you actually have higher % fat. However when reading food lables it always assumes raw stuff so calling it ~12% lean cooked is confusing. You should just remember there is only 28g fat left if you're trying to counting calories.
