do you hand out candy or leave a bowl or neither?
we don't get a lot of trick or treaters and i have two giant dogs so i just left out a bowl. still got a group of kids ringing my doorbell.
wouldn't have been a problem except i had LITERALLY just unwrapped a condom and was about to get some fuck so now im im hopping on one foot fighting with sweatpants to get to the front door before 200lbs of fang and fur knock it off its hinges while simultaneously trying to hide an erection from the group of children and stop said fang and fur from darting outside.

AND it happened again while i was typing this. adding a clip on flashlight to the bowl so hopefully that's the last one.

yeah and there are fewer every year. i'm pretty sure those two times i mentioned in my first post where all of them because i've checked the candy after that second group and doesn't look like anything is missing. like maybe one kid or something but i can see the bowl from my window and i'm cooking.
since this is /ck/ here's dinner that just went into the oven. nothing special but should still be tasty. fingerling potatoes, pearl onions and pork tenderloin. going to throw some canned croissants in the oven in like 20 minutes to go with all this.

i put the bowl and pumpkins about halfway up the driveway to my house in what i thought would be a super obvious place on my bricked off garden wall dirt retainer thing. idk what you technically call it.. i didn't really want them even ON the porch because talking kids would have still set the dogs off anyways.

before anyone makes fun of my plates i know they are 70's a fuck. they were a gift from a elderly family friend when i first moved out on my own 12 years ago and she passed away like a month later.i like my dinnerware.
