Why do people shill this guy so much here? His recipes are all exactly the same and the final product is complete dog shit filled with inedible bones and cartilage. Is this how Chinese people eat? I watched one video where his family ate his chicken and they had to pick the bits of meat off the cartilage/bones and spit the rest out. What teh fuck kind of dish is that? You can not just willy-nilly quarter up any animal you want with a cleaver.
