holy shit I've wanted to try legit poutine for so long now but I don't know how to get the right kind of cheese curds. I drove 1.5 hours to Anaheim for poutine but they used Mozzarella slices, which although is probably better tasting didn't satiate me because I want the authentic Canada version.

slices is a little weird, but the flavor isn't THAT off. curds are just really salty and creamy. mozzarella isn't that bad of an imitation as far as that goes
