These days I would make a shitload of rice and alternate eggs, hamburger, store roasted chicken, with steamed mixed veggies and add sriracha, A1, or soy sauce as needed. Substitute pasta for rice if you’re trying to bulk.

I'd make stew, chowder, jambalaya, chicken pot pie filling, curry, etc. Then I'd combine those with fresh bread or biscuits, which take very little time to make, and can be bought anywhere for cheap.

Indian curry and rice with fat free yogurt in the curry. I'd make 2 different curries and alternate. Add some cilantro and citrus and I don't think I could get sick of that.
