Its literally named salmon trout.
Its cheaper the salmon kinda like a hybrid between salmon and trout I guess.

well i still don't know what a cьoмгoвa пъcтъpвa is but the pic looks edible at least, hopefully you cooked the skin side from a cool temp and got a good render and crisp, and not overcooked

maybe some regular old butter, thyme and garlic to finish?
