How do you usually incorporate them? I love capers but I basically never use them with anything but seafood.

Sometimes i just use them as a topping when the steak is done. Of course, if i do that i dont salt the steak as much.
Otherwise, ive used the salted capers i have in a herb butter, and even tried throwing them in the pan the last few minutes the steak was cooking. All of these times, they were great. Particularly liked how soft they got when they were in the pan for a little while.

They don't taste that good. They don't look too appealing. Some people would care that they have positive health qualities. Like that makes them worse. lol People don't talk about that stuff through and through, though. They don't break down the nature of health properties of food and why each thing matters. If that process was a bit more flowing things would be easier overall. Yet people just refuse to discuss things thoroughly. Brussel sprouts communication should be vastly higher. Why not fight for the Brussel sprouts awareness cause or die trying? lol
