What did you cook today?
I did this french onion soup all in a stainless pot and that was a terrible decision. It took about 70 minutes to get the onions reduced enough and I couldn't see what I was doing when I poured the wine in. Next time I'll reduce the onions in a nonstick pan so I don't have to worry about burning them so badly.

Cut the onions smaller. I could have julienned them smaller with a broadsword, this is probably why it took forever to caramelize. You don't need a non-stick pan.

What makes this french onion soup? The fact that there are onions? They don't even look caramelized. Where the fuck is the leftover toasted bread and cheese? Go fuck yourself.
