When it comes to buying food that makes you choose between chicken and beef, chicken is always better.

Where do you shop? I can usually get boneless skinless chicken breasts for around $2 or less a lb when on sale. Ground beef never gets that cheap unless your talking about the really fatty stuff, but in that case you lose a ton of weight due to the fat cooking off.
