Home distilling general.

I am making Cointreau but instead of soaking orange peel in overproof spirit, i am using grapefruit. Next week is lemon lime. Soak for a month then redistill and sweeten with honey

Last batch was with orange peel and distilled out at 60%. Contained so much orange oil that any attempt to dilute it sent it milky by throwing the oil into an emulsion.
