I think Sous-Vide is a lazy method of cooking a steak, and is inferior to traditional grilling. His overuse of the technique is extremely boring and bland. I also dislike his overuse of garlic powder and his rejection of herbs like rosemary and thyme. I feel he’s a pleb that’s trying to pass himself off as an expert.
